Flambard Williams is a specialist property investment company. Their core offering is helping people identify property investment opportunities in the UK and overseas as well as making them aware of new developments to invest in. They recently launched an online estate agent model, as well as short term rentals management (similar to Air B&B). Brand Elect worked with Flambard Williams to realign their brand in line with their newly created service offering. To do this, we developed a portfolio of sub-brands which created a distinctive property service eco-system. This perfectly positioned Flambard Williams as the ‘Home of Property’ and a credible authority within the industry. A great example of our strategic thinking was the creation of two bespoke ‘sub-brands’, SmartSell – the online estate agent, and SkyLet for short term city rentals (both of which have been trademarked). We further developed the brand proposition by creating additional marketing collateral such as brochures, a revamped website, videos, property seminars and online sales funnels. We also helped develop culture initiatives to ensure their staff feel valued and passionate about the business. Add to this a newly redesigned office to emulate the look and feel of the new brand - this a good example of brand ambience in action.
