Hertfordshire County Council originally approached us for graphic work for their recruitment initiatives. We worked with them on developing collateral such as flyers, pop-up banners, leaflets and posters for their recruitment events. Following continued work with the HCC Recruitment team, we began working on bigger projects which included the design of their recruitment website and producing brand guidance to make their proposition clearer and more attractive to their audiences across the county. To assist with their marketing outreach, we also developed a large collective of recruitment videos which focused on careers within the council, such as; adult & child care social workers, in-house services, educational psychologists and a number of community worker positions.
