Project Info
Brand Elect have been working with SEH Commercial for several years. Initially, we worked with them to reposition their brand to take them from working on smaller projects of £50-100k value to larger projects around the £500k-£1m mark.
Following a successful rebrand and repositioning campaign that allowed them to appeal to this audience, we then developed a story-telling approach across their messaging and collateral to showcase their completed projects, and to appeal to their seven key industry sectors. This included the building of compelling business stories across fenestration and construction and the creation of video case studies for each sector which brought their work to life. We also developed and managed a mobile-responsive website with clear navigation for each sector, which showcased the great work they were doing.
It was also important to the Directors of the business that their teams were brand champions of the company. Key to this, was for employees to remain engaged in their day to day roles and that they had a voice and the opportunity to make a real difference to the company. In order to achieve this, we recommended a points-based reward and recognition scheme called ‘Project Versatile’. This scheme allowed employees to report back on their roles each month, provide suggestions for improvement and to nominate their colleagues for a job well done. Every month the winner with the most points was praised and rewarded. Since introducing the scheme, productivity was up and employees provided thought-provoking business suggestions which ultimately brought unity between departments.
